Live Selling Reservations & Store Pickup Policy
Magical Gems delivers across the Philippines with care and reliability.
Shipping Methods: We partner with trusted courier services such as LBC, JRS Express, and other reputable providers.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight, and will be displayed at checkout.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time: Delivery within Davao City typically takes 1-2 days, while nationwide shipping takes 3-7 business days, depending on location.
Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.
Loss or Damage: Magical Gems is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Please inspect your package upon receipt and report any issues immediately.

Reservation for Live Selling: Customers interested in reserving items during our live selling sessions may do so by contacting us in advance. To secure a reservation, a 30% downpayment of the total item price is required. This downpayment is non-refundable and serves as a reservation fee to hold the jewelry for you.
Pickup at Store: Reserved items can be picked up at our store in Davao City. Pickup arrangements must be made within 3 days after reservation confirmation. Please bring a valid ID and your proof of reservation or receipt upon pickup.
Cancellation & Refunds: Since the 30% downpayment is non-refundable, cancellations after reservation will not be eligible for refunds. If you are unable to pick up your reserved item within the specified period, the reservation will be canceled, and the downpayment forfeited.
Additional Notes: Items reserved via live selling are not considered sold until the downpayment is received. We recommend confirming your reservation promptly to secure your chosen jewelry.
